Located in a privileged location, El Capistrano is in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Nerja (in the North end of Nerja ). Due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, El Capistrano enjoys a special microclimate, producing hot (but not excessively so) summers, mild winters and continuous sun.

The Capistrano has all the necessary services: bar, restaurant, tennis courts, mini-market, laundry, etc. so you do not need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. If you are coming by car, there is free parking within the development.

Despite being such a quiet area, El Capistrano is only five minutes by car or a twenty minutes walk from the center of Nerja and Burriana beach. There is also bus service from Capistrano to Nerja operated by the travel company Grupo Verano Azul. On the website of the City of Nerja you can find the bus routes for urban transport in Nerja and timetables. The price from El Capistrano to any other point where the line goes in Nerja is 1 € each way.
