Rental prices for studios, apartments and villas in El Capistrano Village

Note: These prices are approximate and may vary between units.

Prices include:

• 10% VAT.
• Cleaning and preparation once a week.
• Fresh set of towels per person, mid-week.
• Electricity, hot water, heating (excluding long term).
• Baby cots and high chairs, free.
• Use and enjoyment of the pools and other facilities.
• Free wireless Internet access at reception.

In all cases, possibility of an extra person in an extra bed: 6 €uros/night.

** Minimum stay: 4 nights throughout the year and 7 nights in July and August. For shorter stays, please ask.
